What was the driver behind the business beginning to utilise Leadership Development Apprenticeships?

A key focus for us at ManpowerGroup is developing our people. We are a people business and it is the people who make the difference and help us perform to stay ahead of the market.  Strong leadership is so important in enabling this and using the apprenticeship route, gives the opportunity for employees to practically apply their new skills

Why did you choose KnowledgeBrief as your Leadership and Management training partner?

KnowledgeBrief are best in class for their Leadership and Management training, highly professional and extremely knowledgeable coaches.

Has the “off the job” requirement for learners been disruptive to the business?

Not at all. It’s about the language used and how you support employees understand the benefits. We believe in creating space and time for personal growth for all employees.

What impact has the Apprenticeship had on the individuals and the wider organisation?

We have had huge success both employees and the wider organisation. Creating a culture of continuous learning is so important to us. Employees can apply what they have learned, build on their skills and share with others. Continually learning helps employees stay current and as a wider organisation, we are able to have many different lenses working together to give real diversity of thought to any situation. That’s powerful.
