What inspired you to take the Level 5 in leadership and management?

I have been leading and managing teams in Flogas for 6 years and currently head up a team of 110 people with 10 Direct Reports. I felt it was a great opportunity to formalise and validate my existing experience and add additional depth to my skillset.

What from the course so far, has made an impact in your role?

The course has benefited me in two ways; Being able to validate my own experience and knowledge has given me more confidence in my own convictions.

And, the course framework has provided substance where I can just delve into an issue and find a different perspective and approach; this has helped me become more considered.

Without access to the platform and having best-practice techniques to hand, this no doubt would have taken a lot longer to complete and would have been less effective.

If you were going to recommend the Level 5 course, what would you say?

If you are starting out in Leadership and Management, taking the course will give you a firm foundation to build your knowledge and skillset. And, if you’re already Leading and Managing people, it will provide you with new ways of working and up-to-date techniques and approaches you can directly apply in your role.
