Innovation Programme Evolution - Introducing: Edge and Engine

Our Innovation programmes help organisations to excel by applying the latest management and leadership ideas. Continuously upgrading the design of the programmes has been vital to their continued success. This year’s upgrade introduces two new concepts: Innovation Edge and Engine.

Today’s Leadership and Management Innovation Programmes have been carefully honed over more than a decade. Tuned and refined to meet ever more effectively their core purpose: helping clients to deliver high performance, by applying the latest ideas. Today’s design is founded on experience, the determination to deliver tangible results to clients, and a commitment to excel in the service we offer.

Through the latter part of 2016, we’re introducing two new concepts to enhance again the impact of the programmes. Programmes will feature content and working groups focusing on the Innovation Edge, and Engine.

Innovation Edge

Lead the management innovation frontier, prepare for the future.

Designed to help you and your organisation lead, stretch and define the future innovation agenda, the Innovation Edge series will focus on the latest, emerging ideas for high performance to help future proof your strategy. Diverse industry leaders will together create advice for boards and management teams on the five-year future.

The Edge experience will draw on the most creative and stretching ideas new to business; scanning the horizon, pushing the frontiers.

Innovation Engine

Build the innovative enterprise, grow your innovation capabilities.

Based on our unique knowledge, gleaned over a decade of analysis and practice, the Innovation Engine series is designed to build the essential capabilities for high performance. It will focus on the five core capabilities of the innovative enterprise: strategy, culture, leadership, people and process. Outcomes will include action plans to build and strengthen these key capabilities.

The Engine programme will provide the best available knowledge and new guidance in the five critical capabilities that all innovative organisations need.

Together, the Edge and Engine help to prime your executive for uncertain future and strengthen your organisation’s innovation capabilities.

Please keep an eye on our blog for further updates on Edge and Engine in the coming weeks.
