  • We know about the big wastes in our company / process, but what are the small wastes that we may be overlooking?
  • What is it that we do that leads to success and how can we codify these activities so that others might replicate our performance around the company?
  • If we could run one more experiment to test an important hypothesis in our business, what would it be (and what would be the experiment)?
  • How often do we achieve significantly less than we could because of poor communication and what should we now do about this?
  • How could we create a process / business where people are enabled and empowered to solve problems when and where they occur?
  • What needs to happen so that we are better at learning from our mistakes or inefficiencies?
  • How can we champion tireless improvement without us all becoming tired?
  • What changes in the world or our market place would disrupt our business model fundamentally? How are we preparing for these?
  • What is the one less thing that we could be doing?
