Level 3
Who is it for? Frontline or junior managers within financial services. Example roles might include Supervisor, Team Leader or Project Officer.
Responsibilities: Supporting, managing and developing team members, managing projects, planning and monitoring workloads and resources. Delivering operational plans, resolving problems, and building relationships.
Level 5
Who is it for? Middle managers within financial services, example roles include Associates and Vice Presidents across the Front-, Middle and Back-office, Operations, Regional or Divisional Manager, Branch Manager or Head of Department and a variety of specialist managers.
Responsibilities: Inputting into strategic planning, creating and delivering operational plans, managing projects, leading and managing teams, managing change, financial and resource management, talent management, supporting people through coaching and mentoring.
Level 7
Who is it for? Designed for any individual moving into a senior or strategic management role. This can include Managing Directors, Executive Directors, General Managers, Senior Managers, Section Leaders, Executives, Directors, and COO, CFO, CEO and CIO roles.
Responsibilities: A strategic leader with senior management responsibility, which may include formal governance/director responsibilities. Responsible for setting strategy, direction and vision, for providing a clear sense of purpose and driving strategic intent.
